The master bedroom and the living area have smart televisions. The covered lanai overlooks the pool, and there is a charcoal grill available for your use on the backyard patio. Basic amenities include clean bedding, fresh towels, bathroom supplies, and full access to our washer and dryer.
House Rules
– The late check-out fee is $300.
– Pets are allowed with a $100 pet fee (Multiple $150).
– No commercial Photography/Video filming or publication without written consent of the owner.
– No lost and found.
– We have a strict NO SMOKING/Vaping policy with a $250 smoking fee.
– Minimum age for booking is 25.
