Yes! You will receive the WiFi code before you arrive at your vacation home. All properties also feature Smart TVs for your enjoyment!

Where can I get the key to the property?
Our properties have Vivint Smart Home Security System with an electronic Smart Door Lock. You will receive a personalized code for the door lock and panel code prior to your stay.

What do I need to know for check in?

When is check out?
Check out is at 10 AM. Please note that the late check out fee is $300.

What do I need to do for check out?

Before you leave, please:
1. Wash dishes and take out trash
2. Check for belongings
3. Leave all towels in the bathroom
4. Clean up after your pet, inside and outside of the property
5. Alert host of any broken items and/or property damage
6. Lock all doors before vacating property

What if I have a maintenance issue?
Our properties have 24/7 maintenance service through Homee On Demand to take care of any emergency maintenance issue.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my property?
Kong Vacation Homes staff is available 24/7 via text or phone call during your stay.

What can I do for local transportation?
The most convenient source of public transportation is ride-share via Uber or Lyft. In addition to ride sharing, there are several taxi cab companies and city bus stops nearby this location.
