Is there free WiFi at all properties?
Yes! You will receive the WiFi code before you arrive at your vacation home. All properties also feature Smart TVs for your enjoyment!
Where can I get the key to the property?
Our properties have Vivint Smart Home Security System with an electronic Smart Door Lock. You will receive a personalized code for the door lock and panel code prior to your stay.
What do I need to know for check in?

When is check out?
Check out is at 10 AM. Please note that the late check out fee is $300.
What do I need to do for check out?
Before you leave, please:
1. Wash dishes and take out trash
2. Check for belongings
3. Leave all towels in the bathroom
4. Clean up after your pet, inside and outside of the property
5. Alert host of any broken items and/or property damage
6. Lock all doors before vacating property
What if I have a maintenance issue?
Our properties have 24/7 maintenance service, ensuring that any emergency maintenance issue is handled quickly!
Who do I contact if I have a problem with my property?
Kong Vacation Homes staff is available 24/7 via text or phone call during your stay.
What can I do for local transportation?
The most convenient source of public transportation is ride-share via Uber or Lyft. In addition to ride sharing, there are several taxi cab companies and city bus stops nearby this location.

Davin’s home is near USF, where we were visiting, and Busch Gardens Water Park. Knowing it is not the best part of Tampa, safety was a concern. We found ourselves in a stable family neighborhood and felt safe at all times. The home was spotless and comfortably furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The fenced backyard offered plenty of privacy and was a great place to relax. The back porch is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and there is a killer charcoal grill with a bag of charcoal included. Davin has security cameras set up in the front and rear. You might note that the rear camera watches the door and windows in the backyard as well as the hot tub.

Davin’s place was the perfect location for us this Christmas. It was clear and spacious. We felt we could relax and rest, knowing the home was clear and we had what we needed.

Great place in Temple Terrace, Tampa! We were in the area for USF graduation weekend and stayed at Davin’s home. It’s a beautiful home with great decor, super clean and has everything you need for a great stay. We didn’t get to use the hot tub or the grill but it has a great backyard setup for hanging out. Super convenient to major highways and the security/ automated features were super nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place. Super clean and pretty back yard amazing for dogs. Provide you with most of everything you will need for your stay and it is in a very nice location. Neighbors and neighborhood are nice and we felt at home! Our dog felt very comfortable and loved the backyard. Enough room for him to run with other dogs. Quick easy check in and out. Will definitely come back!

Had an amazing stay @ Davin’s place this weekend, house was very clean. In a great location just minutes from everything. Host was very helpful and very responsive to all my questions. I recommend this place if staying in the area and definitely would definitely stay here again
