Verified Davin’s home is near USF, where we were visiting, and Busch Gardens Water Park. Knowing it is not the best part of Tampa, safety was a concern. We found ourselves in a stable family neighborhood and felt safe at all times. The home was spotless and comfortably furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The fenced backyard offered plenty of privacy and was a great place to relax. The back porch is furnished with comfortable outdoor furniture and there is a killer charcoal grill with a bag of charcoal included. Davin has security cameras set up in the front and rear. You might note that the rear camera watches the door and windows in the backyard as well as the hot tub.

Verified Great place in Temple Terrace, Tampa! We were in the area for USF graduation weekend and stayed at Davin’s home. It’s a beautiful home with great decor, super clean and has everything you need for a great stay. We didn’t get to use the hot tub or the grill but it has a great backyard setup for hanging out. Super convenient to major highways and the security/ automated features were super nice. We would definitely stay here again!

Neighbors and neighborhood are nice and we felt at home! Our dog felt very comfortable and loved the backyard. Enough room for him to run with other dogs. Quick easy check in and out. Will definitely come back!
