Modern decor featured throughout the fully renovated interior of this 1364 sq. ft. home provides maximum comfort to all guests, while the smart security system ensures your peace of mind.

This beautiful home is fully equipped with fast WiFi for business and personal use, three living spaces for additional space, a complete kitchen with all the tools necessary to prepare meals, and an in-ground pool to help enjoy your time away from home. Two furnished areas of outdoor living make up the front porch and rear pool deck with a separate porch. Those features expand the living areas while allowing guests to enjoy the Florida weather!

The Living Room - Furnished with a leather sectional sofa, dining room table, and a 50" smart TV, this is the perfect place to lounge.

The Kitchen - Fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, glasses, and much more!

The Rooms – Featuring clean white linens with light comforters, all rooms in this home have their own smart TVs. The master suite has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The other two bedrooms upstairs have queen beds and share a large guest bathroom that is next to both rooms.

Outdoor - A furnished porch in the front, a large pool surrounded with plenty of seating in the patio area, good lighting, a charcoal grill, outdoor bathroom, and warm weather transform this outdoor living space into the perfect place to unwind.

Laundry Room - Equipped with a washer/dryer and iron & ironing board. All areas of the house are for the guests to utilize. We do have a linen closet that is locked because it is used for storing cleaning products and extras. Please don't disturb this area; please discuss with your host if cleaning products are needed during your stay.

During every stay the entire home is available for our guests to enjoy. At check in the booking guest will get a door code to unlock the front entry door.

This house is located in a quiet and very peaceful neighborhood with very sweet neighbors; please be respectful and courteous to them!

It is best to rent a car or use ride share services such as Uber and Lyft to get around South Florida. There are public transportation options nearby as well.

Lovely home in very quiet neighborhood close to groceries; extra touches like a welcome basket and basics like S&P, sugar, coffee pods. Excellent swimming pool and large deck, plus shaded sitting area in yard. Very private. Close to I95 and only a few miles to the ocean. House was immaculate and host extremely responsive to any inquiries we made. Garage was a bonus, as was large, new washer and dryer. Would definitely stay there again.

This place was great and exactly as shown in the pictures. The house is newly done inside and had fresh flowers in every bedroom. All the tv's were smart tv's with a good variety of selections. The quiet neighbourhood is just a few minutes drive to Hallandale Beach, Gulfstream Park, Aventura Mall and the I-95. My kids loved the pool and even the tented playground nearby. Davin was easy to contact and quick to reply. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area, and would want to stay there when we come back for its convenient location to all the places in south Florida we wanted to visit

The perfect house for our family of 5. Pool, grill, washer/dryer, it had everything we needed and more. Easy access to freeways to get around S. Florida. The mall, Walgreens, restaurants all close by. Quiet neighborhood. Really a great place!

The house looks better in person than in pictures. The host responded super quick to our questions and concerns. They left a beautiful basket with goodies such as shaving cream, razors, lotion, etc. The backyard is huge and the inside of the house is beautiful. I can't wait to come back!

The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious vacation spot, perfect for groups or families. It is located near grocery stores and fast-food places alike and a quick drive from Fort Lauderdale Airport.

Fantastic place! We loved our stay and had a great time. Great little touches such as a gift basket and the pool was great during the hot FL weather. House was beautiful and sparkling clean! Pretty close to nightlife and the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Kong management knows what hospitality is all about. We stayed 2 weeks in their Hallandale Home where they took care of every detail a home ought to have , and more. The welcome pack with playing cards; the complementary coffee; the pool cleaning service once a week are just a few fantastic points. It was great to walk into an extremely clean, fresh home. Attention was paid to design and elegance which really made us feel we were in a hotel. Internet connection was fast - my husband needed that to touch base with work. The pool area was very comfortable and well thought out - this was a definite plus given the heat. Our children had a great time (aged 15, 9, 6, and 3) giving this home a plus for kids. We slept comfortably (great beds) and peacefully. Any few questions we had came with an immediate cordial answer. we recommend this home definitely thank you
